Rodger Pendl was a wonder Agent to deal with; we had his services by our side for both the sale of our home as well as the purchase of our new home. He really made the transitions between our homes a great experience. I think Rodger's best quality is his demeanor. At times during the negations I got anxious and nervous meanwhile Rodger was always there just as calm and cool. The next time I sell my home, I will call Rodger Pendl again.

Rodger did an excellent job on selling my home, which I had originally purchased from him 8 years ago. In addition Rodger was very patient in helping me to find another home. I will always contact Rodger when I am in the market to buy or sell a home and I highly recommend Rodger to anyone looking for an Excellent real estate agent. You don't get any better than Rodger Pendl.
