Linda was very professional in her appearance and skills. She kept me informed about negotiations in a timely manner. The whole process went very smoothly and I was extremely pleased. She found me just what I wanted to buy!

Linda appears to be fairly well established and has an extensive network of resources she uses to get her name out there for listings and homes, however I believe this has made her so busy that she does not answer her phone at all and only responds to voicemails and texts. Very slow responsiveness to our calls, many times requiring numerous calls to get an answer. I would be very leery to suggest her based on our experiences.While our home was listed and we were looking for new homes her name appeared on many of the home listing we were looking at however when we inquired via the websites we did not receive a response, even though she was our listing agent. On the positive side, she did sell our home and was involved with buyer agent during the long drawn out process. But at the end no gratitude or appreciation was shown by her for selling our home and for collecting commission on that sale and our new construction even though she was not at all involved in the negotiation as she suggested she would be.
