This is my 9th home throughout different parts of the country and I have met lots of realtors, some good, many bad, but most importantly, I know what I'm doing when it comes to houses: building, remodeling, and negotiating to sell and buy them, inspecting them and thus, how to judge and work with realtors. I met Scott after calling on one of his listings in 2008. He promptly met my wife and me to show us the house, but things didn't work out for us to make the move. 2 years later when I needed help finding a place, I remembered how much I liked him the day we met and called him. He and his team helped me get to know the greater Milwaukee area and find a great home in Mequon in record time as I was up against a deadline to move. My buyers agent did not even tell me when my offer was accepted! Terrible communication, and tried to sell me every home we looked at. Totally untrustworthy from the buyers perspective--would change story's daily--I ended up not believing a word he said--it was not Scott himself but one of his agents. Use him as a seller's agent since that's who he will be working for even if you hire him as a buyers agent.
