?This review is mainly for Francesco Mazzaferro! He?s definitely a 5-star agent! He?s smart, talented and clearly listens to you. First of all, whatever you are looking for he is always being honest with you. I rented an apartment with him and asked him way too many questions at all the times, but he was always being very polite, knowledgable and honest with the answers. He knows what your monetary limits are and he?s really encouraging to get the best bargains in town. Because he knows one thing, his profession; I hope I will be buying a house one day, and whatever I can actually save from renting right now will be towards my down payment in the future. He doesn?t spend his time or your time with apartments that are definitely not for you. He?s caring, mostly you feel really comfortable like a friend with him, and he?s always by the phone and reachable via emails, text messages (even on holidays). My first impression of Mr. Mazzaferro was a excellent one, he was punctual, knowledgeable and extremely pleasant. I had been referred to Francesco by a mutual friend whom had also purchased property via Francesco. I had already been shown property by 6 other agents and was quite disappointed with the results. Francesco showed me not only affordable homes but well kept homes in secure locations. I was then able to finally purchase a home that was price appropriate and very nice. Before I describe Francesco's greatness, let me offer this: I am a difficult person in general and was under a lot of pressure (both personally and professionally) when I made this move from VA to NJ. My budget was unrealistic and my wish list was extensive. I was all over the place in what I said I wanted and often went back and forth within a weekend. This is where Francesco excels. He listened to me and understood what was at the heart of everything that I was spitting out. He helped me pick a realistic budget which would allow him to find the important things on my wish-list AND things that I did not even consider (like parking) that was on his radar. When I thought I found my dream home (an embarrassingly small studio with a decent patio and amazing views of NYC)... He didn't blink an eye and showed me an even more amazing 1BR 1.5 Bath, penthouse condo with an even more amazing patio and as nice views... that came with PARKING for roughly the same price ($5,000 more). He was never dismissive of my likes or dislikes, but instead incorporated them into his knowledge of the market and showed me many more hits than misses. I am on the verge of closing on my penthouse and am slightly embarrassed to tell my friends and family that I have moved on up (but not to the East Side, but it is a deluxe apartment... in the sky)!
