I emailed the Butler Group and when no one returned my email after over six hours, I thought I should call. I called over twenty-four hours ago. There was no one available to discuss the property I was interested in. So I specifically asked for Karel that was mentioned in one of the other reviews. The receptionist said she would ensure that Karel received the message just as soon as she was finished with her other client. She also told me that she would make sure that she knew that I was very anxious about seeing the house. STILL NADA! How unprofessional is that? I'm not a happy camper. Less

Bought our home end of 2011. Best experience possible. Karel showed us many homes, is very pateint & knowledgable. Unbelievable follow up after the sale including a house warming party & free using of thier moving van. I dont know what they could have done to may our home purchase any better.

Karel was very professional and friendly. She took care of all the details. she helped me find a home that was just right for us after 2 years of looking. never did try to sell something we didnot like 100 %. helped me sell my old house in 8 weeks a year later when the market was right. She new exactly what our needs were.

We liked that The Butler Team kept in contact with us throughout the process. We are from out of state so finding financing on our own was not working. The Butler Team put us in contact with several banks, one of which ended up financing our winter home. We would recommend others to use Renee and her team for buying a home.
