When we had run out if homes to look at, and desperately needed to be out of our rental, we were ready to settle on a home that we knew would not fit us. We saw this house on the way and I knew it was way more than we could afford but Dianne did the research and took us to look at it, and it was more than perfect. She walked through our home with us and made a number of suggestions that would greatly facilitate and expedite the sale, which was especially important, since we were on a tight timeline to sell and relocate out of area. Her expertise was also critical given the poor housing market in late 2010. After following her suggestions, we then listed our home with her and within two weeks had received an attractive offer. Unfortunately, the sale fell through, due to unforeseen circumstances. When we relisted the home, we succeeded in receiving another purchase offer.
