Kyle was introduced to me by a mutual friend when I needed to sell my home due to job relocation. I was in another state and not there to keep things "tidy and presentable" every day. Kyle routinely went by there and checked on things for me. Due to the market at the time, selling homes was not always easy. Kyle went above and beyond to try to help me sell the house quickly; when that wasn't showing much promise, he helped me find a renter for the house and helped me complete all the necessary paperwork.
