Warren and I would be delighted to do so as we had such a positive experience. As you know we listed our house on Jaguar with another agency on July 28th and it sat for three months with 3 open houses. Yes, we have a sluggish housing market but we believed that Fairway is a wonderful community to live in. The agency we listed with made very little attempt to bring traffic through our home or make the necessary recommendations of what we could do to make it marketable. Then, we hired you.
