One of my favorite things about Jessica is the fact that she listens to her clients. You tell her what your goal is (buying or selling), and she works very hard to help you meet your goal. She is a straight-shooter though - she's not going to always tell you what you want to hear. Instead, she honestly tells you what to expect and what your best options include. She prints flyers, exposes your home to other realtors by hosting realtor luncheons at your home (when you're selling), advertises on the net using many websites, advertises in various newspapers/magazines, etc. For us, she even went out of her way to talk to the local church to see if they had any new members who were in the market for a home close-by (ours). Our house didn't sell when we wanted it to so we've rented it out for the time being. Jessica's office handles the rental process so my husband and I have peace of mind knowing our house is being occupied by good tenants.
