After having our condo in Oakton, Va on the market for six months and listed with another agent, we decided to change to Pauline Knipe and the Belt Team. We lived in Vienna, Virginia, for seven years before we decided to sell our house and move closer to family in Florida. We did not know any local Vienna Realtors so we interviewed four. All four Realtors were professional and knowledgeable, but one Realtor definitely stood out above the rest...Pauline Knipe from "The Belt Team." She was very professional, organized and for sure the most knowledgeable about the Vienna housing market and neighborhood. What we found most interesting was that all four Realtors gave us a different starting price to list our house and the range from the lowest to highest suggestion was $65K, which is significant. This led us to do even further research to determine whose market research was most accurate. We asked our neighbors and friends about all four Realtors and researched them online.
