Tim Meagher both sold our old home and helped us buy our new house. He told us that our old home was in the market at a time when more than 60 other homes in the same price range in the same school district were for sale. He helped us set the right price, and he sold the house in just a few months. Our new home was our dream house, and we had our hearts set on it. The seller was difficult, and the negotiations took both skill and patience. At the end of the day, we think the deal was accomplished in large part because of Tim's ability to read people and communicate appropriately.
