When I first started looking in this area, I was living over 800 miles away (was looking via internet prior to that and had found a 5 bed house that drew me to the area and some other properties), and made arrangements with this realtor over the internet to drive up here and she could show me some places that she had for sale that I was very interested in. Because of the drive, I had arranged to be here the night before so that she could show me said properties at 9 the next morning. The next morning I was driving to the realtor's office and made a courtesy call well in advance to let her know that I was almost there, and the person that answered the phone said that they were out showing properties to someone else and would not be back in the office until after noon. Being that I wasn't from the area and not familiar with the place, I was at a loss. My daughter saw another realtor's sign and we called that person, he saw me immediately and showed me a ten acre parcel which I ended up buying. When about 1:30 rolled around, the first realtor was back at her office, she acted like she just had no time to show me anything, even though this had been arranged days prior. We followed her in our vehicle. She drove like a bat out of you-know-where, like she was trying to lose us. She went to a gas station first to fuel up her vehicle, this took forever, not very professional at all. Showed me the properties that I was interested in and might have bought save for the fact that her time with us was "rushed", like she really didn't want to bother. I didn't drive over 800 miles to be treated like that. Did not buy anything that she showed because of the poor treatment. Ended up buying another property from the other realtor. This same realtor is representing a house that's still on the market --that I am actually still interested in- but I will not deal with her. At all. Her service left a bad taste in my mouth. Less

I sent several emails through several sales agents with various United Country realtors, rare was it that I received any response at all.

A could not say enough nice things about the folks at United Country. When it comes to rural property, no one can beat their expertise. The local agents were all very helpful and it seems the offices are back by a Home Office that really goes above and beyond to help sellers market their properties. I will definitively look to United Country in the future for all my real estate needs.

I would NOT recommend United Country to anyone. They do not return phone calls, they do not check in on vacant property they have listed, they do not share information from potential buyers gained during showings and you will have to request to have them provide an open house. YOU will be selling your property because they do not initiate or follow through with anything. United also requires a 30 day termination period if you want to end your contract with them - potential buyers and sellers - BEWARE and stay away from United Country if you want to buy/sell your home! Just like everyone else said, I couldn't even contact them, no response to emails and haven't responded to voicemails (since they don't even answer the phone) went through another agency.

Our experience with United Country in Camden South Carolina was excellent. The agent went out of his way to help us look at properties in the two days that we were able. Being out of town buyers is difficult and United County continues to be there for us throughout the process.

These guys sold my lake property in Wisconsin. They did everything that they promised, marketed like crazy, and found me a buyer in less than 90 days. I would highy reccomend them.

I was shown a home by an agent of United Country. It was a very positive experience: she was prompt, friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. In fact, everyone I have spoken with at United Country has been extremely pleasant and helpful. Even though the home I was shown did not work out (not United Country's fault in the least) I definitely plan on going through them in the future.

we made an appointment to go look at a house and they called us to reschedule so that way she didnt have to drive down twice in two days. she told us 5pm (after only giving us 20 notice that she was canceling the previous day) so we show up and wait on her. never showed. we called her manager and they wouldn't send anyone else to show us the house so we went to a different agency. they apparently do this all the time to people.

If it does not satisfy you then don't post it. It's not a test and you should consider taking what you get voluntarily. I'll not go to this effort again.

If you are going to buy a house in a subdivision any agent will do, but when it comes to farms, unique and special purpose properties I would not go without the help of these guys. If you are looking for a specific type or use of property they will find it! I have used them over and over again and will keep using them. No one compares...

They never respond to emails! I have sent 4 emails about the same property and haven't gotten a response once!

I had selected several properties that were listed by United Country. All of the agents responded quickly and worked with my schedule for viewing properties. This worked well since we traveled 500 miles for the viewings. We selected a property listed by United Country - 7 Lakes Realty and worked with Don Roach. He was very helpful and stayed in contact thru the whole process.

There are lots of real estate companies out there, but this company is one of the best. Their agents know their market, and they always make decisions that benefit who they are representing in the deal. This company is very professional in the way they conduct business, and I have always had great experiences when I've used them with my real estate needs. I highly recommend them to anyone wanting to buy or sell any type of real estate.
