Prem is professional in his approach to real estate. You can tell that he enjoys keeping a close eye on what is going on in the real estate market, locally and nationally. When listing my property he did a very detailed analysis of everything that has sold within the last year that was somewhat similar to my property. We used his analysis to come up with the listing price for my property where it would not sit on the market for to long while trying to maximize my sales price.
