Okay if you want a pro that will give you the straight scoop so that you have a transaction and not tell you fairy tales- this is the guy! He helped me in a terrible market get three properties sold at what I believe was the top value achievable for the time. He is not afraid of work. i would work with him again at any opportunity. Aaron can because he's lived here all his life so he knows the area, he is always improving his process as never thinks that he's made it to the top, his responsiveness is better than good - yes I think I had to resend an email once but 99% of the time response is immediate and if you look at Priceline.com you'll see a picture of William Shatner as "The Negotiator" well Aaron is Bill's younger clone - except Aaron does haave bit more finessse!
