I would highly recommend her for her attention to detail, no nonsense negotiation skills, overall knowledge of the market and fantastic customer service. Our first transaction was the purchase of my current home. We negotiate the price and had the property under contract. Unfortunalty we had bad news and a hurricane came thru Florida. Connie was out at the property looking over it and accessing the damage prior to me getting there (must have been while it was still blowing) and we quickly came up with number and renegotiate the price with the seller to everyone satisfaction. The second transaction with her was selling a rental house. Connie came took a look gave us a fair market value on the property and took some pictures. Before you knew it we had several interested parties and sold the property within a couple of days during the real estate recession.
