Ruth is great. Helped us get into a great house and was very helpful fielding our multiple questions. we were looking for a home for our growing family with a good commute to DC and near good schools. Ruth focused on areas we were not aware of and helped us find several nice homes. Her co-workers at ReMaxx were great as well -accomodating our family visits (no baby sitter) and during a family emergency at closing they went to great lengths to help us out.

We had several issues with our lender through no fault of our own. Ruth took the initative to get involved and help resolve all the issues plus found us a rental property to rent through all the confusion and turmoil until the issues were resolved and we could move into our new home. As first time home buyers, we were new to the process and she walked us through step by step and answered all of our questions. This agent was kind and compassionate. She worked very hard to find the perfect home for my family. She made herself available at all times. Once we purchased the home, she has stayed in tounch to makes sure our happiness is still with the home we purchased. I love getting cards from her on all the holidays.
