Ben was the best realtor! It took us longer than a year to find our perfect house and he was so patient with us. He never took us somewhere that we wouldn't feel safe At. He really did everything he could to help us. I would recommend for anyone to use him for your realtor!

Ben was exactly the realtor I was looking for. I'm all about statics and numbers and he comes to the table with everything. (With the understanding that are just numbers too.) He has been very patient and helpful with every question and concern that I had. I wanted to sell fast and he laid it on the line exactly what I had to do. The list is long for everything that he does but some of the key points is that he keeps you completely up to date in a timely fashion. He participates in every aspect of the buy and sell, he was there for inspection, appraisals and any questions in between.. He also comes with a toolkit of resources if you need a quick handyman, painter, etc... I feel he is the first realtor that earned every cent of commission and rightly deserves it and probably more :).
