Denise listed my short sale home with 3 mortgages to pay off. She encouraged me to list for a higher price due to changing market trends. Denise sold the home for $100.00 under the list price and therefore we paid off the first mortgage in full and only had to short the 2nd and 3rd. I had an investment property that was upside down. After interviewin 4 different agents, I chose Denise because of her vast knowledge and her "can do" attitude... She was outstanding and her experience was obvious. After our initial meeting and listing agreement, she had the property on the market within 48 hours and had an acceptable offer within a week. Denise has been my realtor for several years. I first started working with Denise in 2006 when I purchased an investment property, a specialty of hers. The entire process was smooth and Denise kept be apprised of all steps and information needed to complete the sale. I have had several other real-estate transactions since then, the latest being the purchase of my current residence in which I?ve been living for just over a year. When I approached Denise about buying my home she immediately met with me to find out my needs. Understanding that I like to do a lot of research on my own, she went a step further and set me up with a tool so I could search for homes on my own time, as well. We talked almost daily about homes she found for me and ones that I found during my searches. She was very flexible with my schedule and took me to view homes on several occasions.
