The screening process was excellent, and I ended up finding a great young couple that were wonderful renters for over two years. The second home sale was a short sale, which is never easy. We had to fill out and sign new papers on an almost daily basis. When the mortgage company dropped the ball right before our deadline to get the buyers in on the new home buyer program, Matt went to batt with the mortgage company management, enlisting the help of the Attorney General's office, to get it done on time. He bent over backwards to make sure the sale happened on time, and with very little financial reward.
