Kim is top-rate! If there was a way to rate Negotion Skill more than 5 stars, we would give such a rating to Kim. We've bought and sold alot of homes over the years and thought we were pretty sharp. When we worked with Kim, it was our first time buying a home. We were really happy with the way she took time to help us through the process. She listened to what we wanted and did not try to push us into homes that might be more expensive, but less of a good fit for the family. I picked up one of the local fliers and found Kim's wonderful picture and just knew that she would be someone that would be good to deal with, and I was NOT dissappointed. She met with me alone and we went looking at homes so she could get an idea of what I was looking for in a home. I then went back to AZ to pack and wait for our move date. I was surprised when it came about three months earlier than expected. I made contact with Kim and told her that we were on our way back to the Atlanta area - lock,stock and barrel. We found Mrs. Galletta from one of her listings. She quickly sorted through what we were truly looking for in a property and encouraged us to look at other properties. She was always available, both by phone and to quickly go look at a new listing. This was very helpful during a few crunch moments. She really knows the areas she works in. She knows streets, neighborhoods, locations. Further, we found her knowledge about little things that are not so little, essential- plumbing, stucco, mold, lawns. We hit a snag in buying a house. This was not her fault. But, she advocated for us, told us to pull out when the other side was not playing fair. And she was free the next day to take us out and show us around. Kim did her homework by finding out what I was looking for before she showed me homes. This helped tremendously on cutting down unnecessary showings and wasting both of our times. I found my house quickly and Kim's negotiating skills closed the deal almost $20k under the asking price. I highly recommend her and her team.
