We really enjoyed working with Perry. Relocating to Austin was far less stressful with his expertise in helping us find the perfect home on a deadline. I asked Perry Henderson to help me purchase a house in the Cat Mtn area. He got a contract accepted by the seller with a great price within about 24 hrs. Then he had inspections and mortgage help lined up for us, and followed thru to the closure. This was not easy, as the seller left the country just after signing the contract, and the seller's agent didn't get a Power of Attorney to close the deal, didn't send a FedEx envelope with proper tracking and billing info, and was very hostile and unappologetic, even in the face of a 4 day delay in closing due to her negligence. Through all of that Perry remained the consumate professional gentleman, and soothed all the ruffled feathers without missing a beat. He opened the house for us (costing him several hours on weekends) while we brought decorators and contractors over to get a head start on plans for updating.
