I was in a real bind as my company had relocated me and I needed someone who was an expert in the field of "Short Sales". We tried the conventional method of trying to sell the house at a lower cost but still close to what was owed (at my insistence), but in the end the price was reduced and Addie knew just how assertively it needed to be listed to get a contract. Addie was also well prepared with all the documents that are typically needed and she had provided me a good amount of time to complete them. She was patient with me with all the questions and provided excellent communication and up to date information in an environment that is always changing. My situation could not have been better - from the time we had a contract to closing was less than 3 months. Addie is amazing! She returns calls and emails instantly and always had my best interests at heart. She helped me find my house during a time that I was having health and other problems and she was so kind, professional, understanding and patient.
