Patrice was great at pointing out features and flaws in the different homes, and letting us know what we could expect from each. I never felt that she was steering us, but she did bring us back to earth a time or two! We happened to pass an open house sign one weekend and checked it out... and there was the house we wanted! It hadn't been on long, and already had a ton of offers. Patrice was on vacation at the time out of state, but I called her up. While on vacation, Patrice still managed to negotiate with the agent here and get all the paperwork together to put in an offer the next day... and was confident that ours was the offer they'd accept! My wife and I were facing what our mortgage holder described as the necessity for a Short Sale of our home. We had interviewed a number of agents. After reading that this was a special area of expertise for Patrice, and reading what other were saying about her on Zillow, Trulia, etc, we decided to see what she might do for us. We were not disappointed. Patrice is everything written about her and more. If I wrote exactly what I thought, it probably would be viewed as exaggeration and take too much space. When a glitch came up in the amount to which my wife and I were entitled, and we were told that it could not be undone, Patrice came through for us again! The biggest challenge of all came from what we now affectionately dub "The Longest Short Sale ," a transaction that took fifteen months to complete.
