Website has a ton of old listings presented as "My Featured Listings". I wasted hours of my time researching those properties, only to find out that they are not available. One in particular one has been sold in 2011 and here I am in middle of April 2013 wasting my time on it. That to me is an indication of lack of integrity as this is a method used by sleazy brokers to get people to call them so that they can establish a relationship.

My experience with The Batchelor Group was amazing. I worked mainly with Bernadette. She was always very professional and timely in letting me know what I needed to help the short sale move forward. She is a true asset to their team. We have been working together for over a year and I do believe I couldn't have done this without her. I made a cash offer and she could or would not show me the house for over 2 weeks after completing the docusign! I STILL NEVER GOT TO SEE THE HOUSE I MADE A CASH OFFER ON! Buying a home in Nevada form almost 2700 miles away was a challenge but with James and Jillian's expertise we were able to narrow down the choices so that when we actually moved here we made our decision quickly. I can't recommend Jillian more strongly. Going through a short sale can be quite nerve wracking but Jillian always answered my questions quickly and professionally. Most importantly, she was on top of things from the beginning. When problems arose, as they normally do during a short sale, she was on them fast. This is one hard working agent.
