We can not say enough about Kimberly Austin. If you are selling or buying a house in Stapleton you should absolutely have Kimberly represent you. SHE SOLD OUR HOUSE IN STAPLETON IN 2 DAYS FOR MORE THAN ASKING PRICE. What can be better than that as a seller? Kimberly knows the Stapleton neighborhood inside and out and is the perfect resource to have on your side if you want to buy or sell in Stapleton. She went out of her way to make sure the process went smoothly. She worked with a professional stager and photographer to make our house look its best. We had to move at the beginning of the selling process because of a work relocation. Kimberly made sure our house was secure and taken care of in our absence and even shoveled the snow on our front walk! After the house was sold and new owners were in the house we realized that a very important piece of mail had been delivered to the new owners and not forwarded. Buyers and sellers, be wary of this agent. Recently, we had a very uncomfortable conversation with this agent when calling about one of her listings in Lowry. We are very interested in the neighborhood and had been trolling around for houses for sale when we came upon a property we liked and called her directly, as we haven't teamed up with an agent exclusively yet. When we told her we didn't have agent but wanted to see property, she said "I don't just jump to show a half million dollar homes to non-serious buyers looking out of their price range, I'm one of the top agents at my firm and I take my job very seriously." Ummm, excuse me but what makes you think we aren't taking this seriously? We elaborated by telling her we were pre-approved for well over the purchase price, but just weren't sure about using a buy side agent. She continued to give us the run around and we were so turned off by her tone that we just decided to cross the property off our list all together to avoid dealing with this woman. Clearly an agent who does not have her seller's best interests in mind and is more focused on lining her pockets and holding on to her title as "top agent." Not impressed. Less

Kimberly was extremely knowledgeable about the housing market in Stapleton. We assumed that she was top-notch from all of her sales in the area.We chose her because we were confident from the very beginning that she could sell our house quickly in the small window of opportunity we had in the fall. She is so pleasant to work with too. Very friendly, very professional. AND she provided a shoulder to cry on because it was so tough leaving our first home and so many wonderful memories in that house. This review is completely false! I am assuming that this has been done by one of my competitors because I have sold nearly 50 homes in 2012 including all of my listings that have gone on the market. I would never treat a customer poorly. The person who wrote the review should have the courage to sign his/her name to the review.

Kimberly was an excellent realtor. We would definitely use her again if we were to buy or sell another home in the area. She helped us sell our home in 2 weeks! During the entire process of listing and selling we knew she was working hard for us. She is highly competent and knows what she is doing! Kimberly Austin from ERA Herman Group was the most absolute worst realtor I've had the displeasure of trying to work with. I listed my home with her and from the very beginning she inaccurately listed the house. She listed the price wrong - by about 200K, put up pictures of another dwelling, and numerous other mistakes! All the time making excuses, blaming other people, and the CO MLS "system" for her mistakes. She was extremely unprofessional and argumentative. She failed to respond to communications from me and barged into my house with clients unannounced! She also harrassed me after I took the house off the market! I would highly discourage anyone from working with her in any capacity! Less

Kimberly found the perfect house for me in Stapleton and then went above and beyond when I had warranty issues MONTHS after Closing. She made sure that the problem was fixed properly and even arranged for someone trustworthy to meet the workers when I couldn?t escape from work. Kimberly was so helpful at my closing a couple of weeks ago. This would have been my firts home in CO so I was not familiar with closing on a home in CO. My realtor was not there for my closing or inspection. Kimberly stepped in and helped me with my part of the closing even though she was not my realtor. She answered my questions & helped me get my thoughts togather for the closing. She stoopped by my new home and wanted to make sure that I got the garage door opener as well. After having my house listed for over a year with another realtor, I hired Kimberly. I told her she had 60 days to sell my house or I was going to pull it off the market. Kimberly did a great job of guiding us through the Short Sale process. The process was very difficult and time consuming and Kimberly stuck with it and insured that our buyers stayed interested.
