Hobie is extremely responsive not only in listings I am interested in, but also in listings he thought I might want to view. There's nothing better than having a realtor who knows exactly what their client would or would not like. On more than one occasion he would open the front door to a house and immediately know if the house will be worth my time in walking through. I would recommend Hobie to anybody in the market for a house.

Hobie helped us build and buy a home in Overland Park's Wilshire Farms subdivision. However, we started our journey with Hobie looking at 5 to 20 acre properties in the country. After showing us over a dozen properties, we changed gears and started looking in subdivisions in town--we did not want to build. After several months of looking, we decided to build in Wilshire Farms. Point is, Hobie never appeared to get frustrated with us even though we were a moving target. I've worked with agents on my previous 2 home purchases, and Hobie was the first that seemed to understand and appreciate what we were looking for. That is, he never wasted our time showing us properties that were clearly outside of our parameters.
