As the buyer?s agent, Jonas helped us purchasing a rental property in Gilbert. The process to close a short sell house was quite complicated, and it took several months. We, as Canadian, are thousands miles away from Phoenix. So far, we have neither been in Arizona, and nor have met with Jonas in person. However, the property we bought was smoothly closed in later February, and was rented out short after. Phone call and email exchange are the only ways we communicated with Jonas. He might not pick up the call immediately every time, but he guaranteed getting back to us within several hours.
