We were looking to purchase a house on the west side on short notice. Ken Lamb provided us with a data base of all existing homes for sale which was very helpful to select homes for us to visit. Ken picked us up and drove us to each home. His knowledge was very helpful in helping us to sort through the overload of information we were receiving. When we chose a home to purchase, Ken counseled us on how to determine an offer price and was very quick to provide the offer paperwork to provide to the seller. Thanks to Ken Lamb Last fall my wife decided that it was time to look for a new home. That first night this agent became our new friend.
