Chuck is great because he uses a systematic approach. Tasks are automated and there are quality-control checks in place. Communication via phone/email/text is abundant, fast, and preemptive. Most Realtors seem to work on an ad hoc, seat-of-the-pants, haphazard approach that changes too much day-to-day. Not Chuck. He leaves nothing to chance. He has a staging/decorator team, nice photography, custom brochures and website for each property, etc. I highly recommend him!
