Professional and curtious attitude. Very easy to work with, smooth and easy scheduling, quick and responsive in bidding. Found my home in nice newer area for $92,000, in great condition, with an original purchase price of $190,000. Highly recommened! A+

Extremely accommodating. She worked weekends and late hours to help with my schedule. She was very professional and listened to the things I wanted. She showed me all the houses I wanted yo see, and not just the ones being sold by her company. I will recommend her to everyone I know.

I hate to be so negative but Cathy was absolutely unaware to the VA/FHA/Fanny Mae/Freddie Mac home-buying process. If I had a dollar for every time I heard her say "oh, I don't know" or "oh, I'm so sorry", I could have covered the good faith money! She promised me that we would get our $400 appraisal back at closing... didn't happen. She brought in contractors to give estimates for work that needed to be done but the people she hired to work for ME were also contracted with Freddie Mac so they were nothing but argumentative and of little help. She showed no ability to play hard-ball with the selling agent. She actually didn't do anything for me other than the paperwork...we did all of the home buying research, came to her with the offer on the houses we were interested in but then had to listen to her get rail-roaded and pushed around by the selling agent leaving nothing in reserve to fight back with.... The only thing I could have done was walked away from a home that I really wanted but instead gave her the easiest UNEARNED commision she's probably ever received. The ONLY good thing she did was recommend a wonderful loan agent. She's a VERY nice person but a lousy business agent. Less

My wife and I chose Cathy while we were still living in South Carolina from an internet ad on the SW side of Tucson (my wife was going to work at the VA and we needed to live on the South side for her job) Cathy, who lives on the NE side never complained about dragging us around the SW side and intuitively figured out what areas we were most attracted to. Cathy recommended a mortgage broker which we worked with, and over a two month period and many starts and stops she made an offer on the house we wanted in the neighborhood we wanted at a reasonable price. She went out of her way to review all paperwork and questioned it if she thought it had errors. Doing business with Cathy is like doing business with your best friend, she is always there for you! Cathy Vega has been my real estate agent for many years now. I have bought and sold homes several times with Cathy and things have gone smoothly every time. She even helped me rent the house that I still own and I have no doubt that it will turn out to be a good investment when the time is right. A few years ago my brother and I decided to buy an investment house together. He is a former real estate agent from California and knows his stuff pretty well. He was skeptical at first but Cathy proved herself quickly. The thing he was the most hesitant about was selling the house once we had it fixed up. Cathy sold it in less than 3 weeks and for quite a bit more than we thought we could get for it. She really knows the Tucson real estate market. She called the builder and layed the law down. Months later on the day I got the keys to the new house Cathy was there standing next to me telling the builder what was wrong with the house and what they, the builder, was going to do to fix it.
