Debbie has the patience of a saint! I was looking for a very specific type of house (ranch in excellent condition) on an older block, with lots of trees and privacy - in the Dartmouth/New Bedford area. We looked, and looked - not just 2011, but well over a year before that. I lost hope, but Debbie never did. I didn't even want to go to look at the house I'm living in now - but Debbie felt it was "the one" and she was right. I knew it was too, the moment we walked in the front door. She is knowledgeable about the ins and outs of contracts, legal issues and negotiation. Besides that, she is kind and very ethical.
