We were planning a cross-country move from Washington DC to Washington State and we came across Lisa's name on Zillow; her reviews were great so we decided to give her a call. I called her, left a message, and heard back from her within the hour! I explained to her the circumstances of our home search, including that only my husband was coming to house-hunt, and that he only had a few days to do it (which, by the way, was just around the corner!). Lisa said "No problem!" and we got started on a joint house-hunting venture together! Before my husband ever got to Tacoma, Lisa helped us narrow down our list of 'must-sees,' thanks to her impressive knowledge of the Tacoma housing market. If you are looking for a realtor, your search is over! Lisa is the most gracious, professional, and understanding realtor we have ever worked with. During our first meeting; Lisa reviewed the houses currently on the market in our desired neighborhood and price range. She KNOWS the Tacoma North End; she was able to easily give us a rundown on the houses, having already toured them. This quickly narrowed down the laundry list of houses we found on the Internet. After looking at only a few houses; Lisa really understood what we were looking for. She keeps a close eye on the market and new listings; networking with her peers to know what is coming on the market. One house she showed us the first day it was on the market.
