We wanted a home on a fishing lake in our price range with a decent amount of land, an open floorplan and without needing work. She researched the fishing species and fish quantities of the lakes in the areas we were considering and found us our lake home on a great fishing lake, on little more than an acre, with an open floorplan, move-in ready, and within our price range! We love our retirement home! In the sale of our farm which wasn?t listed with her company, we feel it sold when it did because she also found someone quite interested in buying it which helped us negotiate a higher sale price and pushed the sale of our farm to a quick closing. She kept surfing the internet and making phone calls to potential buyers which we feel was an extra perk for us because the farm was initially listed with another agency, yet she proceeded in searching for buyers for us.
