The place we chose took three months to close which was at no fault of Jessica's. I can not say enough good things about this team!!! Greg was my agent and he is truly awesome! I noticed right away that he was very quick to respond to my inquires and he really gave me the feeling that he cared and wanted to get to know me as a person to help find what I was looking for. He looked out for possible issues with homes I was looking at and pointed out things I would never have seen. Its hard to be objective when you are looking at homes so it was really nice to have him looking out for me. I really feel he went way above and beyond what others would do, and I think it is because he and the rest of the team have integrity and they are dedicated to being true professionals. Jessica and her team have helped me sell and buy a house, she did an amazing job meeting my overly demanding slightly diva needs. She probably showed me over 60 houses and did not once complain when I hated them all. She went out of her way to make me happy and find the perfect house for me. She listened to what I was looking for and respected the price range I could afford, after finding me the perfect house I found out that it was a HUD repo and there are very different problems when dealing with HUD. If you don't close in 40 days with HUD you have to pay a penalty for every extension you have to file. What we didn't realize was that even if HUD is to blame for not closing (and they were!), YOU still have to file an extension. All in all I had to submit 3 or 4 (its been over a year now) extensions and if not for Jessica constantly calling them and fighting for me tooth and nail I would have given up and walked away. Thanks to her, 3 1/2 months AFTER I was approved for my loan and all those extensions, I finally was able to close on my new home!! It is the perfect house for me and is everything I ever wanted.
