Caroline went above and beyond trying to find us a house. In this market there was slim pickings for the type of house we wanted and our budget. We must have seen 20 plus homes, and she was always happy and eager to show us each and every home we wanted to see. When we finally found our house and the other realtor was being shady and trying to take advantage of us she fought tooth and nail to make sure everything was the way we wanted. We are pretty sure that Caroline is the hardest working real estate agent in San Diego if not on the planet! :) She loves her job and you can really tell that by the way she puts so much attention to detail and effort into every part of the home buying process. We previously had another agent that we were working with and after months and months of failure, we gave up. Then we had Caroline recommended to us. She worked harder for us in the first 2 weeks that the other agent (who shall remain nameless) had worked for us in 5 months. She also recommended a great lender and home inspector as well! Caroline was thankfully recommended to me and has helped me tremendously during my short sale in 2012. She is very thorough, knowledgeable, precise, responsive, helpful, and very, very, very patient. I was experiencing some issues with my borrowing bank; they kept on dragging my case. They opened and closed it a few times. Needless to say, I was very stressed out.
