We just dropped in late in the afternoon on July 3rd and found Alan Brown working at that late hour. We talked at length, and over the coming year he sent us listing that might interest us via e-mail (we live 1500 miles away from Montrose). The following summer we visited again and brought several requests for him to show us, which he cheerfully did. In the meantime, he had selected a few others to show us, which turned out to be far more interesting and appropriate--his professional expertise coming in to play. At no time did he hurry or pressure us, and we certainly took plenty of time. To make a long story shorter, we made an offer from home several weeks later on a property he had selected. It was a perfect choice--he really nailed it--and we adore it. Alan Brown is a knowledgeable real estate agent in the Montrose, Colorado area. He is very professional and did a great job for me in trying to sell my home in a very difficult market and economical time. He always gave me his honest opinion and tried to help me make decisions that was best for me. Unfortunatley, it did not sell and I decided to keep my home rather than sell for right now. I would use him again as my realtor if I decide to sell my home or buy property in the future.
