Dealt with many other Realtors trying to relocate my family but Tyler was the only one that listened to my needs and wants and gathered the best options and presented them in a professional, complete, and non pushy manner. He allowed me to make my own decisions and not once tried to sell me something just for the sake of a sale. He took alot of his time not only looking, but after helping and guiding me throuh the purchase process. Another thing, which is very important was if he didn't have the answer, he would tell me so and let me know he would find out the right answer and get back to me as soon as possible. ( FOR WHICH HE DID). Communication was beyond excellent!! Through constant e-mails, phone calls, and postal requirements, I was always updated and guided! Purchasing this house was at times frustrating. Trying to gather paperwork, and meet deadlines, and Tyler was always available just to talk, to relieve the frustrations, which was very helpful.
