I contacted Carol after I had some issues with my first realtor. I emailed her via Zillow and within 10 minutes she called me. We setup three houses to look at right away and we were off and running. I could tell right away thet Carol knew her stuff and was the realtor I needed in this crazy market. After a few houses fell through, she found a house that wasn't even listed yet. She struck up a conversation with the seller, and called me immediatley. I drove to the house, loved it, and we made a deal right then and there. Carol was extremely effective as our real estate agent. After speaking with her on the phone, our mortgage officer described her as a "bulldog," and that's a very effective way of describing her. She is aggressively looking out for your best interests at every point in the process and takes time to get to know you so she can offer the best recommendations. I loved having Carol on my side while buying our house, and I walked away knowing we got the best deal on the absolute best house we could have dreamed of. As first time homebuyers new to the Phoenix area, we weren't totally comfortable with the various neighborhoods to make a good decision of our location, and process of buying a house seemed very overwhelming. I have worked with Carol a few times and every time she has shown that she cares about what I needed and wanted. She has patience and never tried to just sell us anything. She listened and found just what we were looking for. She didn't waste my time with things that were not what we were looking for . Carol is the best.
