WOW WOW WOW!!!! That's all I can say. Teresa was the ultimate professional every step of the way. She worked hard to make sure we were happy and covered legally during the process. She was a joy to work with and has even sent us follow up emails and called us several times since our closing. We will be calling her when it's time to sell. :) Great experience for first time home buyers like us.

Horrible communication skills. We looked at building a new home and Teresa would never return our phone calls or emails and would never get back to us on certain things (Ex: floor plans) that we requested. It was like pulling teeth to deal with her. If we were ready to hand over $300K to her to buy or build a home, we expected not to have to sit around and wait and chase her down for a response... but that is exactly what we had to do. We ended up moving on, finding a new agent, and we were treated more like a person, rather than a number. I would never use Teresa for any aspect of buying or building a home. Less

Teresa sold our house within days of it listing. She virtually had it everywhere on the internet. She was very professional, had a great presentation and the "proof was in the pudding". We were referred to her by a friend whom she helped buy a home. They raved about her so we decided to give her a try. We now tell anyone who asks that she is the best. It's no wonder she was voted Best Realtor in Bryan County :)

Teresa was great during the entire process of buying a home. We weren't sure what we wanted in our home,but did know that we wanted Richmond Hill. We only had a weekend to find our perfect house. We described that we wanted a 4 bedroom home, a backyard, our budget, and that we wanted a AWWWWW factor. She found that and so much more for us. She took us to at least 20 houses in a 36 hour period and was very knowledgeable about the different subdivisions in the area. We finally found our dream house and purchased it. Completely unresponsive even though she has 3 assistants. It takes weeks to get anything done, be prepared to make multiple calls and emails to get any sort of response. Extremely frustrating, and Teresa herself has a terrible attitude and makes you feel like she can't be bothered. Do not recommend.

Teresa is great to work with. We bought our first home from her in December of 08. She went out of her way to show us many homes. When my husband got orders and it was time to move, Teresa worked with us to put our house on the rental market. She worked diligently to get our house rented out within a month. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a house to rent or buy. She will give you 110%.
