We were mistaken about her knowledge and skills as a realtor. Her idea of selling a home is not to market the location nor the special qualities of the house. Just lower the price until the only person making any money is the realtor and their commission. we live in a special community that allows the values of our homes to be a bit higher than the rest of the county.
