I was looking for a home that I found online and he suggested other homes in the area that were also for sale so if you're looking for options, just ask him and he will find it. The overall process from start to finish was very smooth even for a first time home buyer like myself who knows nothing about buying a house. John King did a great job working with me and my schedule. He always responded quickly and was able to help me with my questions or concerns. He quickly new what type of home I was looking for and many of the homes we viewed reflected that.

If you're looking to buy a property in San Antonio, John King's your man. This is an agent who does and anything and everything possible for the customer, expecting nothing in return. Not only that, but his knowledge of this business is beyond excellent. He even (upon request) points you in the right direction concerning other matters indirectly concerning your house (e.g., air conditioning, pest control and more). To me he was a godsent. I cannot thank him enough.

We recently moved to San Antonio from out of state. John went above and beyond to help us find the perfect place. We were looking for a foreclosure or place that needed work and John did a ton of leg work to help us evaluate places remotely. He drove to homes, took hundreds of pictures and made online albums for our review. He was always quick to respond and immensely helpful. Ultimately, he had 10 places to take us through, and we had an offer on the table the day we flew into town. We managed to get that offer accepted just in time to collect the $8,000 tax credit, though we only gave John a week to make it all happen. Then came the difficult part. John took care of seemingly endless hang-ups we had with trying to close from 1,000 miles away. This is not something I would recommend to anyone without a Realtor of John's caliber. John managed to move the process along and prevent us having to make a return trip to close. In the end, we got a wonderful home in a great location for many thousand less that it is worth. Though I was quite serious about finding a FSBO and not dealing with a Realtor, I can't imagine buying or selling a home in the San Antonio area without having John King taking care of the details. Mr. King was VERY helpful in helping us buy our new home. We had been renting here in San Antonio for several years, and had finally made the decision to buy a home. Mr. King not only found us a wonderful neighborhood, but he also was able to get us the home for a great price. Even though we knew he had other clients, he always treated us as though we were his only concern, and was always available to us. We have recommended him to several friends and will continue to do so!
