Dina sold our condominium in Sterling and helped us purchase a house in Front Royal, VA. This was a hard job during a bad market. She is excellent on research, prepares in advance so that she can answer every question. Not only did she do the work of selling our condo, she did the work for the other agent to convince the buyer that they were getting a very good deal. Nothing came easy but she smoothed out the wrinkles and explained the options very well. Bill was ill during this time but Dina would take us to the various areas where there were houses we wanted to see and showed us 6 or 8 houses per trip. She kindly agreed to go out of her normal area because we trusted her and she is a very kind lady. We looked in Loudoun, Warrenton, Clarke, Facquier, Prince William and probably other counties as well. I think we wore her car out. She drove up mountain roads where only goats should go. But finally we found the place we wanted and she guided us through the process, again doing work that the other agent missed. We now live on a ridge overlooking the Shenandoah Valley. The deer come by daily and there are always birds at the feeder. We are happy as clams, thanks to Dina, her hard work and smart guidance.
