My experience with Valencia was quite unusual. When decided to buy she had just broken her knee and had a brace;so getting around wasn't gning to happen. She arranged with colleges to cover for her. What does that tell you? She's going to get the sale but they were there for her. She walked me through the process as a first time buyer and helped calm my nerves when the lender asked me for the same thing over and over. I closed in 21 days; I'm a happy camper. THIS WOMAN IS BEAUTIFUL, INSIDE AND OUT! As much as she is a good human being, she is just as competent. She focuses on the individual and that individuals needs from selecting the right property to holding your hand through the financing, escrow, the whole nine yards. You can't go wrong.
