This 1ST FLOOR (More convenient than 2nd floor unit because there is no elevator) condominium has been recently remodeled and is ready for you to enjoy. The furnishings are sleek and modern yet comfortable. The great room contains a full couch (with sleeper sofa) and a few chairs. Relax and watch your flat screen TV or check your email using our FREE WI-FI. There is also a formal eating space with an elegant round table. It provides enough room to seat 6 for the evenings you may want to dine in. Speaking of dining, you will love the full kitchen. It contains every pot, pan and serving tray needed to please everyone from the "professional microwaver" to the professional chef. Each bedroom contains 2 beautifully adorned queen-sized beds, for a total 4 beds! The bedrooms each have their own full bath, TV, DVD, and balcony. Wake up to see nature right outside your door. From both balconies, you can keep an eye out for our lovely state bird, the Carolina Wren, or watch the heron fish for their breakfast in the lagoon. Enjoy all the comfort's of our family's vacation home. Lagoon Villas is only a short walk to the beach and an even shorter walk to the FREE POOL that is provided exclusively for guests of Lagoon Villas. If you get tired of the beach, Wild Dunes is full of activities for the sport enthusiast or the whole family. Play tennis, golf or take your family on a bike ride around the entire resort. Not far from your vacation home is charming Historic Downtown Charleston. Take in a horse-drawn carriage tour of the Holy City or feast in our renowned restaurants like Magnolias, High Cotton, or SNOB (Slightly North of Broad, of course.) This unit is available for monthly rentals October-February and for weekly rentals March-September.
