'Refugio Farm' one of Horse Country's oldest working farms is nestled on 16.45 acres which encompasses two large fields, 5 smaller paddocks, and a galloping track for training purposes. The large center aisle barn houses 16 stalls, a wash stall, a feed room and a tack room with a 1/2 bath. A detached 5 stall shedrow barn is available as well. There is also a small 1 Br cottage. A hacking trail across from the barn provides easy access to the Walthour-Moss Foundation.
